UPSSSC Stenographer Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification-
1. Candidate must have passed Class X and XII or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
2. Candidate should have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and 25 words per minute in Hindi Typing
3. Candidate must have passed the CCC Exam conducted by D.O.E.A.C.C
OR
Candidate must have passed a Computer course conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Government.
